What the inspector wrote

An Informal Conference was held at the Palmdale Child Care Regional Office on May 14, 2026, at 10:00am. Present during the informal conference were: Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Mariela Ramon, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Annelise Villa, and Licensee Tamika Wright. The goal of this meeting is to address recent concerns with the Operations of the Family Child Care Home and to assist the licensee to achieve and maintain facility compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations as it aligns with the mission of the Department. During the conference, LPM Mariela Ramon and LPA Villa reminded Licensee of the importance for regulatory compliance and maintain communication in licensed facilities to protect the Health and Safety of children in care. LPA Villa introduced the Childcare Technical Support Program (TSP) and informed the facility representatives that TSP is a voluntarily program to assist facilities with meeting and maintaining the requirements of operating a licensed childcare facility. Licensee expressed an interest in TSP services, therefore LPA will refer the facility for services. Exit interview conducted, and report was reviewed with the licensee.
