What the inspector wrote

On April 19, 2021 at 11:00am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Justin Giese conducted a Licensee initiated Case Management Tele-inspection with Licensee Blanca Serrano. Due to COVID-19, Pandemic, LPA met with the Licensee via FaceTime. Licensee's backyard was previously off limits to day care children due to construction. Licensee has requested to make the facility backyard on-limits to day care children as of this date. Licensee submitted updated LIC999A, Facility Sketch to LPA Giese via email detailing the floor plan of the facility highlighting the new space as being \342\200\234on limits\342\200\235 to day care children. LPA Giese toured the facility and assessed the newly appointed on limits backyard for potential safety hazards. LPA observed a large concrete pad with basket ball hoop, new swing set/climbing structure with artificial turf grass for cushioning, large shaded patio with available seating. Licensee has a utility shed in the back corner of the yard, LPA verified the shed is key locked and off limits to children in care. Barbecue grill was stored away from play area and adequately covered. LPA did not observe any hazardous posed by any plants, structures, or furniture in the back yard. At the time of tele-inspection no deficiencies were cited. Backyard is on limits for use An exit interview was conducted, LPA Giese provided Blamca Serrano, Licensee with a copy of this report via email. The Licensee's electronic reply to the emailed report acknowledges receipt of this report. A copy of this report and notice of site visit were emailed to Licensee during this Tele-inspection on April 19, 2021. Licensee agrees to post notice of site visit in prominent location for the next 30 days. A copy of this report must be made available to the public upon request for three years
