BURGOS FAMILY CHILD CARE

What Happened

A tele-inspection for a capacity increase reviewed the home and records, and found several compliance items along with multiple deficiencies. The most notable concerns were expired staff CPR/first aid, incomplete roster and fire drill documentation, and missing caregiver background clearances.

Observations

  • Pediatric CPR/first aid and mandated reporter training were expired
  • Current roster was incomplete and fire drill documentation was missing
  • Required caregiver background clearances were not all in place
