What Happened
Case management follow-up from non-compliance conference found licensee has not completed required training. Hard deadline set for January 26, 2024 to provide proof of trainings and TSP enrollment.
Observations
- licensee has not completed mandatory trainings required by non-compliance conference deadlines (10/14/23 and 12/14/23)
- no proof of trainings provided during inspection
- licensee stated she had training from outside vendor but could not locate documentation

(g) The home shall be free from defects or conditions which might endanger a child. Safety precautions shall include but not limited to(4) Poisons, detergents, cleaning compounds, medicines, firearms & other items which could pose a danger if readily available to children shall be stored where they are inaccessible to children. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: LPA observed knives in the kitchen sink, multiple botles of laundry detergent on the floor in the garage, baking powder in a cabinet of the garage accessible to children.
