Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Rachel Zeron made an unannounced visit to conclude a complaint that was initiated on 05/03/2024. LPA met with Leiann Fabian, Director. This report was ammended due to additonal information received, the original report was issued on 05/09/2024. A census was taken, and the facility was toured. LPA indicated the reason for the visit. The following information was gathered and observed. It was alleged that staff did not maintain proper teacher-child ratio.LPA toured the facility and found all classrooms to be in compliance with ratio at the time of the visit. LPA reviewed ratios on the Kaymbu app and LPA was given a random two week printout of the children drop off and pick up times, a copy of staff schedules, which were reviewed and found to be in compliance, however Interviews conducted with pertinant indivials revealed conficting information. Therefore, due to conflicting information found throughout this investigation this agency has investigated the complaint alleging: Staff did not maintain proper teacher-child ratios. Although the allegation may have happened, or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was provided to Leiann Fabian, Director. A Notice of site visit was issued and Director agreed to post the notice for the next 30 days.
