What the inspector wrote

On 10/18/2023 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Justin Giese made an unannounced case management visit for the purpose of delivering returned mail related to Licensing fees. LPA met with Facility Director, Josiemarie Carino. During visit LPA took census and toured open classrooms. No deficiencies cited. A notice of site visit was issued and must remain posted for the next 30 days An exit interview was conducted and report reviewed with Director, Josiemarie Carino.
