What the inspector wrote

LPA viewed video of the incident. After reviewing the video, LPA confirmed what was alleged and stated by pertinent parties. Based on interviews conducted and review of video, staff pulled a child\342\200\231s hair by utilizing another child\342\200\231s hand; therefore, the preponderance of evidence has been met and the above allegation is substantiated. Exit interview conducted with Ashlee Stuehrmann report, acknowledgment of receipt, appeal rights and notice if site visit issued The Notice of Site Visit must be posted for 30 days.
