Facility-requested visit·November 18, 2025

On 11/18/25 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Patricia Berry conducted a case management visit to increase the capacity of the preschool program. LPA met with director and was granted access into the facility. LPA toured the facility and took a census, LPA measured room 3 to include this room for the preschool program. The capacity is 71 increase will be for 8 children with a total of 79 children for the total capacity. The fire inspection was approved on 10/6/25. There is a total of 8 Toilets and 5 sinks. The classroom has a divider for the children to have activities in one part of the room and snack and table activities the other part of the room. The children who stay for nap will be in room 1, at this time. Room 3 measures for the 8 children. The children will use room 1 for the bathroom. Licensee has been approved for an increase to 79 children.
