Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

On the date and time listed above Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Chase Atherton arrived for the purpose of obtaining measurements and inspecting room R1 as the licensee has requested to change room R1 from a room where infants were served to a room where preschool age children will be served. The licensee requested to remove their infant age program completely. The licensee has not requested a capacity change so upon approval of this change the total capacity will remain at 126 children. A fire clearance has been obtained on 5/12/26 for the requested capacity and age group change. LPA toured Room 1 and took measurements. LPA did observe sufficient age-appropriate furniture, equipment, and supplies in rooms R1 for the requested age range change. This change will be submitted for final approval after today's date. Upon approval the total capacity will remain at 126 children. Age groups served will be changed to pre-school age only (0 infants served and 0 school age served), with a maximum capacity of 126 pre-school age children total. A notice of site visit was given to director Illiana Perez and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director Illiana Perez.
