What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Mariela Ramon and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Steven Montoya held an virtual Informal Conference with Licensee Donna Styles. Due to COVID-19, the meeting was conducted via Zoom. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the licensee\342\200\231s (former license #364841742) in which a Stipulation/Waiver and Order was served on 02/19/2019. LPM Ramon addressed the importance of maintaining the facility in substantial compliance and explained the specific terms, compliance of all laws, and regulations which apply to the above discussion. Licensee was advised, a safe environment for children must always be provided and all incidents must be reported. Licensee understands the terms of the Stipulation and Order and agrees will maintain compliance with all licensing rules and regulations. An exit interview was conducted, report was read, and a copy of this report was forwarded to the licensee via email. For confirmation with \342\200\234Read Receipt\342\200\235 from Licensee on this date, as directed by current Covid-19 procedures.
