What the inspector wrote

On 07/22/2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Babatunde Ibitoye conducted an unannounced case management inspection. The purpose of the inspection is to inspect the facility new in ground swimming pool and ensure that swimming pool fence meets Title 22 Regulations. Upon arrival LPA was greeted by licensee MARIA RODRIGUEZ and observed no children in care. LPA observed a fence measuring over 5 feet high, the gate opens away from the swimming pool, self-latches, and self closes. LPA did not observe any toys or chairs that could be a climbing aid to children in care. The swimming pool meets Title 22 Regulations. The facility is in compliance and there are no deficiencies being cited on today\342\200\231s inspection. Licensee provided an updated facility sketch which reflected Bedroom #2 is utilize for family childcare and off-limit of the home are Bedroom # 1, #3 , #4 bathroom #2 and kitchen. The play ground also have new fence for safety. An exit interview was conducted and copy of this report along with Notice of Site Visit was provided to the licensee.
