On July 9, 2025, at 09:40 a.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kendal Zirbes conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) inspection and met with Licensee Martha Lobos. LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and was granted entry into the facility by the Licensee. At the time of the inspection there were two children in care (one infant and one preschool age child) with the Licensee providing supervision. At approximately 09:50 a.m.,LPA completed a tour of the family child care. LPA observed the following: 1. The Bumbo Baby Sitter Seat was not observed in the licensed space. 2. The four faceplate covers have been installed. 3. LPA observed a copy of child 1 immunization's. According to the Licensee, child 2 is no longer in care. 4. LPA observed child 3 and child 1 LIC 9227.
