What the inspector wrote

On March 12, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Calloway, made an unannounced case management inspection to the above facility. The purpose of the case management was to follow up on a self-reported Unusual Incident Report (UIR) submitted to the Palmdale Regional Office on March 2, 2026. LPA arrived and met with Christian Wilson, facility representative who granted access. LPA observed zero school aged day care children in care and five staff. At 2:50 PM fourteen school-aged children arrived. On March 2, 2026, the reported information stated on February 25, 2026, a child witnessed a Staff (S1) pulling another child’s hair and reported the incident to their parents. During this inspection, LPA conducted confidential interviews with all relevant parties involved. LPA obtained a copy of the child/parent roster and the staff roster. Based on interviews, this case management needs further investigation. Exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was read, a Notice of Site Visit, was provided to Miranda Perez, Representative at the facility. A Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for thirty (30) consecutive days. Failure to maintain posting will result in a $100 civil penalty.
