Allegation #2 - the investigation revealed that center staff use the Sprout About app which all parents or authorized guardians have access to in order to communicate daily activities and needs and parents are provided with handwritten incident reports upon arrival for pickup. Interviews also revealed that if an incident is not witnessed by a teacher and later addressed by a parent who has witnessed said incident on camera staff conduct an internal investigation and provide parents with an incident report within 24-48 hours. Allegation #3 and #4 - the investigation revealed that children are moved to different classrooms with a face to name process when/if classrooms have unexpected staffing issues. Interviews revealed children are moved to classrooms of their same age/curriculum level. Interviews and record reviews also revealed children are being placed in classrooms of fully qualified teachers and additional staff are present at the facility that can assist to prevent ratio violations. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the above allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. LPA conducted this inspection in person. LPA read and provided a copy of this report to the Facility Director, Tammy Esquivel. LPA provided Appeal Rights and A Notice of Site Visit which must be posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted.
