What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Maddox conducted an announced visit today and met with Stephanie Bouchey, Owner for the purpose of conducting a Pre-licensing/Change of Ownership inspection. Upon arrival, there were 7 SA children present with Owner/Teacher, Stephanie Bouchey 1 teacher. The hours of operation will be Mon -Sat from 6 am to 6 pm. During this PL inspection, LPA toured the center in it's entirety and took measurements of the areas designated for SA children. Owner is also applying for a PS license (X 367750042 ) on the same premises. INDOOR ACTIVITY SPACE : There is 1 classroom located in the rear of the center designated for SA children (classroom #$1, #2, & #3 according to facility sketch), measurements were as follows: 20 X 14 = 280/35 = 8 Outside measurements: 48 X 35 = 1680/75 = 22 37 X 42 = 777/75 = 10 Total SA Yard measurement's = 32
