What the inspector wrote

Allegation #3: Staff left the daycare child unattended. Finding: After interviewing relevant parties, the interviews revealed that they do not have concerns about the supervision of the childcare center. This agency has investigated the complaint. At this time, it is determined that although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur; therefore, at this time, the above allegations are Unsubstantiated. No deficiency given at this time. An exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with the Teacher, Maria Carmen Sandoval.
