Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Maddox met with Applicant, Victoria Giebe today for the purpose of conducting a pre-licensing inspection. Applicant has also submitted an application for a Preschool component (367750060). LPA measured the room that was designated for SA children, however, there is no separate bathroom available. SA children and PS children cannot share the same bathroom. As a result, Applicant has decided to place the SA component on hold at this time. Applicant has a licensed FCCH ( 364844474 ) , she has decided, for now, to keep the SA children at the licensed FCCH and designate the center for PS children. LPA explained to Applicant she has an option, if she voluntarily withdraws this pending application, she can re-apply at her leisure, however, if the Department denies the application, she will have to wait an entire year to re-apply.
