Pre-licensing visit·December 18, 2025

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Maddox met with Licensee, Wanda Fisher today for the purpose of conducting a second pre-licensing to inspect the corrections from the previous inspection. Licensee is in the process of closing her 2nd location( 364803262 ) and combining the children to this location. During this inspection, LPA verified the following: The corner of the counter-top in the kitchen has been repaired, Licensee has repaired the area with putty so there is no longer sharp edges The linoleum stairs in the pre-school classroom has been repaired with gorilla tape. The gap in the fencing has been closed up, this area was repaired by pulling the fencing together with metal loops securing the area. The polls were painted on the patio/bike track area The following still need correcting: LPA re-measured areas of the fencing that surrounds the in-ground pool, there is still a small area that doesn't quite measured 5ft, the area 4ft 8 inches. The pool alarm sounded off when a rubber ball was tossed into the pool. LPA also observed a life ring, and pole. LPA will verify the paperwork and return again to ensure the fencing surrounding the swimming pool is 5ft all around and in compliance with Title 22 Regulations and in accordance with the new Swimming pool requirements.
