Pre-licensing visit·December 22, 2025

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Maddox met with Licensee, Wanda Fisher today for the purpose of conducting a pre-licensing inspection to re-measure the fencing surrounding the in-ground swimming pool. Today, the fencing measured 6ft with the extension on top of the current fencing. Fencing is now with regulations including the pool alarm, life ring, and pole. A waiver will be prepared to allow all components to share the play yard with different schedules. Exit interview conducted, a copy of this report was reviewed and signed by Licensee, copy left after inspection was concluded.
