On 06/25/2025 at 1:20 p.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Angela Nguyen conducted an unannounced case management inspection to follow-up on a self reported incident of a possible personal rights violation. The facility Director submitted an unusual incident report (LIC 624) to the San Diego Child Care Regional Office on 06/16/2025. LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and was granted a tour into the facility by Facility Director, Priscilla Laguna. There were (6) children being supervised by (1) staff members at the time of the inspection. Facility roster was obtained, child and staff files were reviewed. A Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given to Facility Director, Priscilla Laguna and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. LPA observed LIC 9213 was posted. Appeal Rights (LIC 9058) was provided. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. An exit interview was conducted and the report was reviewed with Facility Director, Priscilla Laguna.
