What the inspector wrote

Based on the information obtained during the investigation, it was determined that staff yelled at day care children, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met to support the personal rights violation, therefore the allegation is determined to be SUBSTANTIATED. California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12 & Chapter 1, one Type B deficiency is being cited on the attached LIC 9099D. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. An exit interview was conducted and this report was reviewed with the facility representative, Priscilla Laguna. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. No deficiencies cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. An exit interview was conducted and this report was reviewed with the facility representative, Priscilla Laguna.
