On 4/12/2024 at 8:50am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Vicky Williamson conducted an unannounced inspection to deliver an amended report originally created on 4/8/2024. LPA met with teacher, Sarah Fredsti and was led on a tour of the facility. There were 62 children present with ten (10) staff members. An amended complaint report was delivered to reflect corrections to the number of staff interviewed and report changed from confidential to public which was not noted on the original report dated 4/8/2024. In addition, LPA added to the amended report the number of daycare children, daycare parents and witnesses interviewed. No deficiencies cited. Exit interview was conducted with Assistant Director, Nancy Betancourt and a copy of this report, Appeal Rights and Notice of Site Visit were given. Notice of Site Visit is required to be posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
