All parents interviewed expressed current satisfaction with the care and supervision provided at the center. During child interviews no statements or evidence was obtained to support the allegation. Although several incidents had occurred in October and November involving C1 and C2, LPA's investigation revealed the incidents did not occur due to neglect or a lack of supervision by staff, and were appropriately documented and reported to parents, with appropriate follow up and resources provided by Director and staff. Based on the information obtained in interviews and record review the allegation of Facility staff is not preventing physical altercations between day care children is deemed Unsubstantiated. No deficiencies cited. Exit interview conducted with Director and copy of this report and appeal rights provide. Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 days.
