What the inspector wrote

On September 5, 2025, at 9:30 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gloria Gonzalez conducted an unannounced case management inspection to deliver an amended report originally created on 08/29/2025. Upon arrival LPA met with Children & Family Project Facilitator, Claudia Uribe. LPA advised of the purpose of the inspection, and Uribe granted LPA facility entry. On or about 10:00 AM, Licensee Representative, Julie Pretzer, Manuel Bojorquez, Assistant Superintendent of Educational Leadership & Pupil Services, and Dr. Jose F. Iniguez, Assistant Superintendent of Admin. Leadership, School Support & Safety, arrived at the facility. There were thirty one (31) daycare children and six (6) staff members present at the facility. No deficiencies cited. A Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given to Licensee Representative, Julie Pretzer and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. LPA observed LIC 9213 was posted. Appeal Rights (LIC 9058) was provided. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. An exit interview was conducted and the report was reviewed with Licensee Representative, Julie Pretzer, Manuel Bojorquez, Assistant Superintendent of Educational Leadership & Pupil Services, and Dr. Jose F. Iniguez, Assistant Superintendent of Admin. Leadership, School Support & Safety.
