What the inspector wrote

On December 02, 2025, at 9:30 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gloria Gonzalez conducted an unannounced case management inspection to deliver an amended report originally created on 09/12/2025. Upon arrival LPA met with Children & Family Project Facilitator, Claudia Uribe. On or about 10:15 AM, Licensee Representative, Julie Pretzer arrived at the facility and LPA advised of the purpose of the inspection, and was granted entry into the facility. Present at the facility were six (6) staff members and twenty-seven (27) day care children. No deficiencies cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Facility Representative, Julie Pretzer.
