The licensee shall provide care and supervision... No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time... Supervision shall include visual observation.This requirement is met as evidence by: Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that it was determined that on 4/16/25, there was an absence of supervision resulting in C1 being left unsupervised which poses an immediate, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
