Director stated this request was not discriminatory but made based on the unavailability of staff to accommodate the needs of the child that day and to ensure the safety of all children in the classroom. Interviews with staff supported the information provided by Director. Interviews with daycare children and daycare parents did not provide any statements or evidence to support the allegation, Staff discriminated against child. Based on information obtained in interviews the allegation is found to be Unsubstantiated. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur. No deficiencies cited. Exit interview conducted and copy of this report and appeal rights provided. Notice of Site visit must be posted for thirty days.
