On 4/18/2023 @12:00pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Patrick Ma, made an unannounced Case Management inspection regarding a possible lack of supervision violation from a self-report made to the Department on 4/6/23. Upon arrival, LPA met with Director, Alicia Torres. Present at the facility were 40 daycare children and 6 staff in 3 rooms. LPA conducted interview of children (C1 -C2) and staff (S1 \342\200\223 S4), made a confidential names list, reviewed related documents, and received a copy of the children\342\200\231s roster. Teachers and children were observed in proper ratio with staff providing proper supervision of the children. No deficiencies were cited during this visit. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative Merle Rodriquez. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days
