What Happened
The facility had a lead action level exceedance in the kitchen sink faucet used for cooking and drinking, along with two drinking fountains that were no longer in use. The kitchen fixture had been replaced and the remaining affected fountain was covered and made inaccessible.
Observations
- Kitchen sink faucet used for cooking and drinking had a lead action level exceedance
- The Pre-K drinking fountain had been removed
- The outdoor playground drinking fountain had been shut off and covered to prevent access
