Case management follow-up on incident from 08/29 where child's feet became red and blistered when shoes were removed during playground time. Staff has implemented corrective procedure to bring children inside if they refuse shoes.

This requirement is not met as staff Andrehya Azzato has been working at the facility for over a year and her fingerprint is not associated to the facility. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
