What the inspector wrote

On this date, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Otsanya Cameron conducted a case management inspection. LPA Cameron toured the facility and the following was observed: Appropriate use of face coverings by staff was observed. Although no children were present during this visit, a good faith effort to encourage children to wear face coverings appropriately was observed. No deficiencies were cited on this date. An exit interview was conducted, a Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was provided. Due to FAS consistency Check. A copy of the report was sent to the facility director via email. A signature will be obtained per email read receipt.
