Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

On 11/21/23, LPA Patrick Ma made an unannounced complaint visit for the complaint received on 7/31/23 for the purpose of delivering findings on the above reference allegations. Present at the facility were 6 children in care. Facility was in ratio and capacity. LPA conducted interviews, observed the operation of the facility, and reviewed relevant documentation. LPA attempted to interview child #1, however the child was not made available. Information obtained during the investigation did not corroborate the allegations that Licensee instructed a child to touch him/herself in a sexual manner or to touch other children on their private parts. Therefore, the allegations are determined to be Unsubstantiated. A finding of Unsubstantiated means although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Bobby Gordon. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
