Facility-requested visit·June 15, 2023

On June 15, 2023 at 9:46 am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ana Noble arrived at the facility to conducted Case Management - Licensee Initiated due to changes being made to the Preschool classrooms. During this visit LPA also toured and measured the Infant area for the pending application #376300793. Classrooms being changed is Room 9-D, which will be part of the Infant License and classroom being added to now be used as part of Preschool is Room 9-C. Capacity is not changing just the usage of this new space for preschool children. There were no deficiencies cited during this visit. An exit interview was conducted, and this report was reviewed with the director Jessica Feliciano. Appeal rights were discussed and provided during the exit interview. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
