On 4/4/24, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Saraliz Velando made an unannounced case management visit for the purpose of amending a report issued on 3/6/24. The LPA toured the facility with licensee, Gabriela Barbosa De Araujo. There were 5 children present. During this visit LPA Velando amended the report as instructed by Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Joelle Redding. No deficiencies were cited. An exit interview was conducted with licensee, Gabriela Barbosa De Araujo. The licensee was provided a copy of their appeal rights along with the report and their signature on this form acknowledges receipt of these rights. The Notice of Site visit was posted during today's visit and must remain posted for 30 days.
