Due to the ages of the children, this is an immediate hazard to children in care.

Each child receiving services from a family child care home shall have certain rights that shall not be waived or abridged by the licensee...These rights include...To receive safe, healthful, and comfortable accommodations...This requirement has not been met as evidenced by: Based on observation and interview, Licensee is not following therequirement for children over the age of two and staff, regardless of vaccination status, to wear masks while indoors and some parents entered the facility without a mask when picking up children. Other PPE was in place. This is a potential hazard to children in care.
