On 12/08/2025 at 12:00PM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Hanna Lucas, and Jennifer Irving, made an unannounced visit for the purpose of clearing a plan of correction. LPA was greeted by Licensee's assistant, Lauren Monroe, who was supervising 4 school aged children. LPA requested to speak with the Licensee, Cheryl Burns, who stated the Licensee was at the adjoining property located at 1593 Lake Drive. Licensee arrived shortly after and confirmed that she only stepped away for 20 minutes. LPA reminded the Licensee that she can only be absent from the facility for 20% of the time. LPA confirmed through the United States Postal Office (USPS), that the main dwelling unit, where children are cared for, located at 1595 Lake Drive, is separate from the ADU, located at 1593 Lake Drive.
