Licensee will be using the following rooms for childcare: living room and bathroom. The following areas will be off limits: kitchen (downstairs) and the entire second story which includes 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and are inaccessible through use of safety gate at the bottom of the stairs and safety gate for the kitchen. Licensee states she takes the children to a nearby park (or complex playground) for outdoor activities. (continued on LIC809-C...) Licensee has obtained landlord consent to care for 14 children.
