There are no broken toys, trash or debris on the day care grounds. Side yard and lower yard are off limits and not part of the day care space. This agency has investigated the complaint alleging the licensee yells at day care children and the facility is in disrepair. The Department has found that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. An exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Wenck. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
