What the inspector wrote

On June 28, 2024, at 3:50 PM., Licensing Program Analyst Sherlynn Banas conducted a case management visit at the facility. The initial purpose was to do deliver an amended report. LPA was greeted by helper, Elizabeth Barr. There were 3 children present at the daycare. The licensee was not present at the time of inspection. LPA Banas checked helper's CPR/FA and was not the approved and required provider. It is a Type B as reflected in the 809D. Licensee shall post and provide copies of this licensing report to parents/guardians of children in care at the facility and to parents/guardians of children newly enrolled at the facility during the next 12 months. “ Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee, Leonie Espinosa. A notice of site visit was given to licensee, Leonie Espinosa and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days.
