What the inspector wrote

On June 28, 2024, at 3:50 PM., Licensing Program Analyst Sherlynn Banas conducted a case management visit at the facility. The initial purpose was to do deliver an amended report. LPA was greeted by helper, Elizabeth Barr. There were 3 children present at the daycare. The licensee was not present at the time of inspection. LPA checked Elizabeths Barr's association with the daycare. She was uncleared as per DOJ, FBI, and Child Abuse clearance for more than five days. A civil penalty of $500 will be assess today. See LIC 809D. Licensee shall post and provide copies of this licensing report to parents/guardians of children in care at the facility and to parents/guardians of children newly enrolled at the facility during the next 12 months. “ Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee, Leonie Espinosa. A notice of site visit was given to licensee, Leonie Espinosa and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days.

She was supervising children which poses a potential safety or personal rights risk to person in care
