Pre-licensing visit·September 4, 2024

On 9/5/24, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Victoria Hernandez and Veronica Torres Gonzalez conducted a second pre-licensing inspection with the applicant to approve corrections from the 1st pre-licensing visit on 6/20/24. Upon arrival, LPA was greeted by applicant Rand Alzahawai. During this visit, LPA observed the following correction the pool has been removed and covered with sand. LPA walked over where the pool was located. LPA observed pool area had no dips in sand, no holes, and was able to hold my weight when walking over. No corrections are needed. A license for 8 children may be issued upon final file review. Applicant agreed to comply with all regulations and laws governing family child-care homes. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the applicant Rand Alzahawai. .
