What the inspector wrote

On 4/30/26 at 1:15 PM, LPA Annette Sutherland made an case management visit for the purpose of adding a room to on limit areasfor children. Licensee will be using: living room 1, living 2, kitchen, bathroom, backyard and adding attached office with outside entrance. Off limit areas are made inaccessible with door knob covers and safety gates. No deficiencies cited today. NOTICE OF SITE VISIT IS TO BE POSTED FOR 30 DAYS. LPA observed Laura Leree post notice of site visit.
