What the inspector wrote

On 6/10/2025 at 10:45 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Mahjoba Mohsini made an unannounced case management visit regarding an unrelated matter. LPA met with Licensees, Amber and Michael Deluca. Also resent were 3 minors. During the visit, Licensee provided LPA with the copy of the lease agreement as requested. No deficiencies were cited. An exit it interview was conducted with the licensee, report was reviewed and a copy was provided to the licensee.
