What the inspector wrote

On 9/7/21 at 3:31 p.m. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Leilani Curtis conducted an unannounced inspection. Upon arrival LPA met with Site Director Mare Williams and proceeded to tour the facility. The Executive Director, Angie Triana was also on site at the time of inspection. There were 110 children present with 19 staff members. Appropriate ratios were observed. Staff members have the required background clearances. One staff member (S1) is fingerprint cleared but not associated to the facility. The director states that today, 9/7/21, is the first day that S1 has worked in the facility with children present. See LIC809D for cited deficiency An exit interview was conducted with the director. Appeal Rights (LIC 9058 1/16) were discussed. A printed copy of this report as well as a printed copy of the appeal rights were provided and reviewed with the director at the conclusion of the inspection. LIC 9213 NOTICE OF SITE VISIT FORM IS REQUIRED TO BE POSTED FOR 30 DAYS. LPA observed the director post notice of site visit.
