What the inspector wrote

On 06/07/2021 at 10:00am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Selina Siao conducted a case management virtual inspection via Face Time to tour the infant areas. Photos of the infant areas with furniture and equipment were submitted to Analyst on 06/06/2021. There is an infant changing table located within the reach of a sink located in the classroom. The infant outdoor playground was toured and there is age appropriate equipment outside with several tarps use as shade. The infant napping area have a plexiglass that goes from the ground to the ceiling that separates the activity area. There are currently 7 cribs and 6 cots inside the infant napping area. Director stated that 3 other cribs are available in the storage as well. Older infants that can climb out of the crib will be napping on cots. No hazardous items were observed during today's tour. Facility has all the required posting posted along with the COVID-19 related posters. Facility has an operating carbon monoxide on the property. An outdoor playground waiver to allow up to 8 infants outside was granted on June 1, 2021. Facility is within substantial compliance and a license for 14 was granted effective today. Analyst read the report to licensee during the tele-inspection. A copy of the report will be e-mailed to the Director and she was advised that acknowledgement of the receipt of the report is to be received within twenty-four hours.
