On 11/18/24, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Saraliz Velando and Hanna Lucas conducted an unannounced visit to deliver findings for a complaint received on 9/27/24. The LPA met with Director, Kimberly Sandoval. There were 18 infants and 6 staff present today. Based on file review, interviews with parents and staff, and review of pertinent documentation there was insufficient evidence to support the allegation that staff are not safeguarding children against injury. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not enough evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, therefore the above allegation is found to be unsubstantiated. No deficiencies were cited today. The exit interview was conducted with the Director, Kimberly Sandoval. Appeal Rights and a copy of the licensing report was provided. A notice of site visit was posted and must remain for 30 days.
