What the inspector wrote

On 02/10/2025 at 10:05am, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Selina Siao and Evelyn Reyes conducted an announced Pre-Licensing follow up inspection for a new license. The initial inspection was conducted by LPAs on 1/21/2025. Upon arrival, LPAs met with CEO Lauren Munos. Applicant is requesting to be licensed for 18 infants (ages 0 to 24 months) in classrooms rooms #1 and #2 along with the two infant napping areas. And applicant is also requesting to be licensed for 22 preschool children due to indoor activity space (ages 2 to 5 years old) in rooms #3 and #4. Hours of operation will be Monday to Friday 6:30am to 5:30pm. LPAs conducted a tour of the facility to ensure all the required corrections listed on the pre licensing report dated 1/21/2025 have been corrected. The facility has an operating carbon monoxide detector located in Infant Room #1. The outdoor playground fence perimeter are now at least four feet high. The electric outlet cover in preschool room #3 has been replaced. There is a safety gate installed near preschool room #3 to prevent children access to the front lobby area to ensure children's safety. Infant room #2 has a portable sink and a changing table within arms reach of a sink. The large play structure has been removed from the infant playground. Sand has been placed in both the infant and preschool playground under and around the climbing structures. The fence located at the front of the school has been installed. The water fountain has been removed from the preschool yard. There is a tweezer at the facility that will be placed in the first aid box. Facility has two touch free thermometers. There is a safety gate installed at the stairs in infant room #2 to prevent children's access to the top of the stairway. The two old wall heaters in preschool room #4 have been blocked off by two shelves. A license will be granted upon a final file review and when the following forms are posted on the bulletin board in the front lobby area. Post the following forms on the bulletin board: Personal Rights Form (LIC613A), Menu, Car Seat poster and Parents Rights Poster(Pub 393).
