Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

On 8/7/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Saraliz Velando conducted an unannounced visit to deliver findings for a complaint received on 7/8/25. The LPA met with the Owner, Sandra Reyes. There were 32 children and 10 staff present today. Based on file review, interviews with parents and staff, and review of pertinent documentation there was not enough evidence to support the allegation that staff did not ensure a comfortable facility temperature was maintained for children in care. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not enough evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, therefore the above allegation is found to be unsubstantiated. No deficiencies were cited today. The exit interview was conducted with the Owner, Sandra Reyes. The Appeal Rights and a copy of the licensing report were provided. A notice of site visit was posted and must remain for 30 days.
