On 10/15/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Saraliz Velando conducted an unannounced visit to deliver findings for a complaint received on 9/22/25. The LPA met with the Owner, Sandra Reyes. There were 43 children and 11 staff present today. Based on file review, staff interviews, and review of pertinent documentation there was not enough evidence to support the allegations that facility staff handled a day care child in a rough manner and that facility staff did not properly report an incident involving a day care child. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not enough evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred, therefore the above allegations are found to be unsubstantiated. No deficiencies were cited today. The exit interview was conducted with the Owner, Sandra Reyes. The Appeal Rights and a copy of the licensing report were provided. A notice of site visit was posted and must remain for 30 days.
