Pre-licensing visit·October 23, 2025

On 10/23/2025 at 9:00am, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Selina Siao and Samantha Clenista conducted a pre licensing follow up inspection to ensure all the required corrections have been corrected. The initial pre licensing inspection was conducted on 09/23/2025. Upon arrival, LPAs met with Director La Teresa Oropeza and conducted a tour to gather census and to check all the necessary corrections. There were 20 children supervised by 4 staff members during today's inspection. Director submitted the corrections to the department via email on 10/16/2025. The following corrections have been observed during today's inspection. The girl's restroom toilet seats has been replaced. The girl's restroom toilet seat has been tighten. The hole in the infant yard has been filled up to ensure children's safety. The two AC units located in the infant and 2-year-old play area has been barricaded. The infant yard grass area has been trim down and has age-appropriate equipment. Director will add additional rubber chips on the preschool playground under and around the swings and climbing structure to ensure children's safety. Director will submit a pictures or videos showing that additional rubber chips are placed on the playground no later than Monday 10/27/2025. A license for 8 infants (ages 3 months to 24 months) in classroom #3 and 90 preschool children (ages 2 to 5 years old) in classrooms #4, #5, #6, #7, #9, and Fellowship Hall will be granted effective tomorrow. Hours of operation will be Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm. A notice of the site visit was given to Director, and it must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director La Teresa Oropeza.
